Grass-Fed Traditional Hereford Beef – Direct from Parsons Hall Farm
At Parsons Hall Farm, we produce Traditional Hereford beef using traditional farming methods with a strong focus on animal welfare and sustainability.
Our cattle are slow-grown and grass-fed, with no added proteins or growth promoters. During the summer, they graze on permanent pasture, and in winter they are fed conserved forage grown on the farm.
Our beef is born, reared, and finished on our family farm, providing full traceability. It is not supplied to supermarkets and is available in limited quantities direct from the farm gate.
All beef is aged for a minimum of three weeks to enhance flavour and tenderness, resulting in naturally well-marbled, high-quality beef.
Our apple juice is made using apples from our own orchards here at Parsons Hall Farm, is never from concentrate and is suitable for all ages to enjoy.
Our juice is made from 100% pure apples, with no added sugars, artificial flavours, or preservatives. A touch of vitamin C is added to help maintain its natural colour.
Our Traditional Worcestershire Sparkling Cider is made using 100% pure apple juice, produced in a traditional style to deliver a refreshing, naturally sweet flavour.
